Carving a new way
Too many times, we've been provided with locations for which a "land marketer" has received approval, only to find that the location is undeliverable. Because this isn't fair to the landowners, we've established our own way.
This strategy has proven to be quite beneficial for us, as we were able to acquire maximum value for the landowner while also obtaining a fantastic site for our ‘New Homes' team to construct.
Preston Chase, Preston
We purchased this site with Planning in place for 3 units. We believed there was further scope for development on this site and that the extant consent represented under-development of the land. We submitted a revised application for 10 units which was granted planning in July 2022.
The Causeway, Carlton
This site was formally used as a grazing field for horses however, it was identified in the Local Plan as potential land for Development. Working closely with Bedford Borough Council we successfully guided this scheme through a lengthy planning application which culminated in Planning being granted in August 2022.
